You will need a valid UAE driving license for residents, a passport or an Emirates ID, and a credit card. For international visitors, some may need International Driving Permits depending on the country of origin. Some may not require an International Driving Permit but a valid home country driving license. Please check in advance.

Is insurance required to rent a Mini in Dubai?

Most of our rental prices already have basic insurance included. You can also get additional coverage if you want to feel more secure and have some extra peace of mind while driving.

What's included and excluded in the rental price?

As stated above, the car rental price comes with insurance included. However, the fuel, Salik or toll charges, parking, and optional extras such as child seats are not included.

What does the rental agreement include?

A rental agreement states the important information including period, allowed mileage, insurance included, insurance coverage and responsibility of the lessee. Always read it thoroughly before signing.

How can I pick up my rental car?

You may either pick up your Mini from one of the Evolve locations or have it conveniently delivered to you at your home, hotel, or the airport. There is even free delivery within Dubai.

What is the mileage limit? What happens if I exceed it?

Mileage limits vary depending on the rental plan. Usually, it is 250 km. Going over may get you some extra per kilometer charges, so best confirm your allowance on your booking.

Can I take the Mini rental car from Dubai to Abu Dhabi?

Inter-Emirates travel is generally allowed, provided the company has been notified in advance.

Can I extend my rental period if my plans change?

A rental extension can be allowed and is subject to vehicle availability. You are to contact Evolve for confirmation.

How are Salik charges managed with a Mini rental in Dubai?

Salik toll charges are monitored via the car's registration and charged to you at the end of your rental contract.

Which season is best for Mini rental in Dubai?

The cooler months starting from November to March are the best time for a Mini rental, since the weather is just perfect for leisurely drives and exploring the city.
