I recently had a great experience with a rent a car company. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were able to answer all my questions and provide helpful recommendations. The booking process was quick and easy, and the vehicle I rented was in excellent condition. The company had a wide selection of cars to choose from, and the rental rates were competitive. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the car and how well-maintained it was. Overall, my experience with this rent a car company was positive, and I would highly recommend them to others. Especially thanks to Sanaullah, a very helpful and kind person 🙌
I'm very much satisfied for choosing Renty. They have 100% customer service, reliable staff and ensures to meet my expectations with no worries for any deposit amount. The car is clean and in very good condition, i will surely recommend this car rental to all of my friends!
Good service, nice cars good options. The only downside was that the vehicle already had damage on there, so when the driver came to collect it I got told that the damages were fresh and caused by me which is not right. Luckily I made a video of the car in front of the driver that delivered the car so he can’t deny that. But overall experience was ok. Make sure to always record a video of the whole car to save yourself that extra expense / headache.
Renting a premium car should be a luxurious experience itself, and Renty.ae delivered that impeccably. I was simply floored seeing their exotic and flawlessly maintained fleet. I had rented out Mercedes from them which was as good as a new one. My every query was answered by the staff at Renty patiently and the whole process of renting out was quick and easy.
